Q: Why is there a tiny hole or dot at the bottom of the glass?
That small vent is normal and part of the double-wall construction. It allows air pressure to equalize during production and is sealed to keep liquids out. It is not a defect.

Q: Are these cups microwave or oven safe?
We recommend not using them in the microwave, oven, or freezer. Sudden extreme temperature changes can stress the glass over time. For best results, pour hot liquids into the mug rather than heating drinks directly inside it.

Q: Can I put these glasses in the dishwasher?
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the clarity of the glass and the integrity of the double-wall vacuum. If you do use a dishwasher, choose a gentle cycle and avoid very high heat settings.
